We appreciate your generosity! Gratuities are accepted via cash or Venmo only. For your convenience, there is an ATM available at the salon.

A credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. By scheduling, you agree to our cancellation policy (details below).

Arriving on time ensures the best possible experience. If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened to honor the next guest’s appointment time.

For the safety of all guests, only children receiving services are allowed in the service areas. Children under 12 not receiving services must remain in the waiting area under adult supervision.

Gift cards are a wonderful way to treat yourself or someone special. Please note that they are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

We value your time and appreciate your understanding as we work to provide exceptional service to all our guests. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows will result in a 100% charge for the missed service.

At Designer’s Edge, we’re committed to ensuring you leave happy. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll gladly provide a redo within one week of your service. Please note that all sales are final.
